From the 1900 version of THE TIMES ATLAS. Published at the Office of 'The Times', Printing House Square, London EC. - I think this is likely to be out of copyright, but you should do due diligence for any commercial uses. I have researched as far as I can. By all accounts (at least according to the Bodleian Library) general Atlas map copyright in the UK (when produced by a company) exists for 70 years after the date of publication - and not 70 years after the author's / originator's death as with literary works. See https://www.bodleian.ox.ac.uk/maps/reproducing-maps - The atlas has foxed (yellowed) paper, so some yellow taken out of the mix. I have digitally tidied up the surface of the page which had some distracting blobs and marks. but otherwise the digital image is true to the appearance of the original in my possession... The Aksai Chin region is Chinese-administered but is also claimed by India as part of the Ladakh Union Territory, with the border dispute first starting to brew into conflict in the late 1950s.
