The church of San Sebastiano is a church in Cavalese in the Val di Fiemme (autonomous province of Trento).There was already, in 1464, a small chapel on the same site, erected by the Rule of Cavalese as thanks for having saved the population from a serious epidemic of plague that had struck the area. About a century later this religious building was enlarged and around 1870 we proceeded with the demolition of the existing one and the reconstruction of a new church, with a different orientation, leaving however the tower and inserting it in the new facade.
