Altre informazioni:
Boat traffic on the North Branch of the Chicago River passing each other and under an old Chicago & North Wester Railway bridge that is no longer used and is permanently left in the raised position. The scene is from the Kinzie Street Bridge looking south to where the North Branch of the Chicago River meets both the Main Branch and the South Branch. Building construction along this stretch of the river has been brisk. Residential structures line the right bank, while at left foreground, is the Chicago Sun Times and Holiday Inn Hotel Building and just past the bridge is the residential development Wolf Point West. Beyond the bridge obscuring the view of the Willis Tower is another recent addition to the skyline, the 150 North Riverside Building that opened in 2017. The building is 53 stories tall and due to its size and location employs an unusually small base for the buildling. It features 1.2 million square feet of lease space.
