The Motor Racing Legends Big Cat Challenge Race will be a 50-minute contest for all models of Jaguar constructed prior to 1966. Clearly the E-type model will play a starring role but sleek XK120 and XK140 models are encouraged alongside Mk1 and Mk2 saloons. The ubiquitous C-type and D-type models representing the all-conquering 1950s era will be the jewels within a very exclusive grid featuring a pit-stop and open to two drivers. Open to Pre-‘66 E-types, C and D-types, and all XKs and Mk 1 and Mk 2 saloons – this highly regarded race is part of the Jaguar Classic founded Jaguar Classic Challenge. The grid will contest six classes, three for the earlier 1950s and Pre ’66 saloThe popular E-type model will play a starring role but sleek XK120 and XK140 machines from the 1950s will feature alongside Mk1 and Mk2 saloons. The ubiquitous C-type and D-type models representing the all-conquering early 1950s will be the jewels within a very exclusive grid which will attract many high profile historic racers and many star names from and many star names from motorsport to cover the key generation of Jaguar E-type.
