Office buildings at AZCA financial district. Madrid, Spain. Located next to Paseo de la Castellana, AZCA complex was completed in the 90’s inspired by the Rockefeller Centre in New York. Many professionals, office workers and shoppers pass daily through this area with the most important skyscrapers in the city. The building on the right, Castellana 77, belonging to GMP Group, was restored in 2017 by Luis Vidal + Architects after the original 1977 tower. With its 62 meter high, the building was granted with the LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) green building Platinum Certification or its environmental responsibility and efficient use of the resources.
