The Millenium Hilton front glass building, 55 Church Street, Financial District, Manhattan, New York City, USA. Millenium Hilton Hotel opposite the World Trade Center, Ground Zero in Lower Manhattan, New York City. The Millenium Hilton is a Hilton hotel in Lower Manhattan, New York City, located at the southeast corner of Fulton Street and Church Street. The hotel is adjacent to the World Trade Center site, where the new World Trade Center complex is being built. The hotel's builder chose to intentionally misspell the name with one "n" as "Millenium" on the outdoor signage and official literature, even though the correct spelling of the English word is "millennium", in order to make the name more distinctive. The building is 54 stories tall, (2 floors underground) with 52 usable floors devoted to hotel space with a total of 471 guest rooms and 98 suites. There are three elevator banks in total, the two public banks of three cars each serving floors L-30, and 30-55, and a single service bank consisting of three freight cars.
