The World Financial Center's second floor is one of the few places that tourists can get a view over the construction fences of the ground zero site during construction. This image was taken in October 2010. From wikipedia: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/World_Financial_Center The World Financial Center is a complex of buildings across West Street from the World Trade Center site in Lower Manhattan in New York City, overlooking the Hudson River.
