I could not finish my trip in Tuscany without photographing the vineyards with the autumnal colors in San Gimignano. It is much better to visit this wonderful medieval town outside the tourist season, when the number of people is reduced. After a pleasant walk through its streets, I drove my car across a nearby road, from which you can see its majestic towers and the fields that surround it. Before reaching the place from which I planned to photograph the sunset, I stopped at these vineyards that extended down the hill. The cloudy sky was exceptional and the light balance allowed me to try numerous different compositions with the vines and the background city. For the post-processing I have used the Focus Stacking technique, which allows mixing the same photograph with different focus when you have planes far apart from each other, to achieve greater sharpness throughout the image.
