Il 26-anno-vecchio donna cinese Tan Shen, che ha rotto con il suo fidanzato e ha vissuto in un KFC ristorante per una settimana, si appoggia al fast-food in uscita
The 26-year-old Chinese woman Tan Shen, who broke up with her boyfriend and has lived in a KFC restaurant for a week, rests at the fast-food outlet in Chengdu city, southwest China's Sichuan province, 18 October 2014. A 26-year-old woman from Chengdu, Sichuan province who'd been dumped by her boyfriend reportedly spent an entire week mending her broken heart by eating chicken wings at a local KFC. Tan Shen was seeking some comfort food after her break-up, so she headed over to a 24-hour KFC next to a train station by her home. For seven days straight, the woman camped out in the sanctuary of her KFC booth, ordering endless amounts of chicken wings with a side of extra large fries. "I hadn¯t planned on staying there long, I just wanted some chicken wings, " the woman was quoted as saying in a report. "But once I got in there and started eating I decided I needed time to thinkI didn't want to go back to my apartment because it was full of memories of him. So I stayed." Shen apparently called in sick to work so she could stay at the restaurant. The employees finally noticed and began to worry about Shen's continual presence after a few days. "I realized we had been serving her for the past three days and that she hadn't actually left, " said 22-year-old worker Li Lung. "When we asked her if she was ok, she said she was and just needed time to think. And then asked for another box of chicken wings with extra large fries."
