A group of dwarfs from an art troupe opened a theme restaurant in central Chinas Henan province. 37-year-old Yang Qunhui, only 1.4 meters tall, is the manager of the Happy Island fairy tale theme restaurant and the Henan Joyful Fairy Art Troupe. He established the troupe in 2002 with only 3 members after working as a tailor at a garment factory since 1993. There are a total of 36 members in his troupe, aged between 21 to 29, according to Yang. Thirty of the members suffer from incomplete development of their bodies, said Yang. He divided the troupe into two parts, one for performing in the city at night and the other for running the restaurant. He selected 20 members with 1.3 meters of average height to manage the restaurant which was scheduled to officially open on August 19.
