A 22-year-old man from Sichuan province was apprehended at the scene by police in Wuhan, Hubei province on Saturday (Feb 18), the Wuhan Evening News reported. Police released a photo of the 22-year-old suspect. The suspected used a kitchen knife to cut off the owner's head as they brawled. Police appealed to the public via their microblogging account not to distribute pictures of the dead victim on social media. The suspect ordered three bowls of noodles but soon got into a heated argument with the restaurant owner, accusing him of overcharging one yuan ($0.15) per bowl. The two men then began to fight. According to police, the customer cut off the proprietor's head then threw it into a rubbish bin nearby.
